100% Riesling, dry, organic vineyard that sits on limestone marl. Following careful selection, the grapes undergo light pressing. The juice & some residual must is then fermented in temperature-controlled vats to zero RS.
Misty straw yellow in color, fresh & fragrant aromas with notes of white-fleshed fruits, white pepper and many kinds of flowers. Light & refreshing with a pleasant bubbles with an aftertaste of almond skin and long streaks of minerality.
