Vinas Mora Kaamen 2021

Kaamen 2021 is a pure expression of Babić, drawn from 30–50-year-old bush vines rooted in the dramatic limestone terraces around Primošten. These steep, stony plots yield minuscule quantities of intensely flavoured fruit, hand-harvested and naturally fermented in open vats. A brief four-day maceration and gentle ageing in neutral oak and inert vessels preserve the wine’s brightness and mineral edge. Unfined, unfiltered, and bottled with minimal sulphur, Kaamen 2021 is dark-fruited, herbaceous, and deeply savoury—anchored in rock and sea air, yet lifted by saline acidity and firm, linear tannins. It is Babić at its most precise and elemental.
