This wine is made of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. It has beautiful notes of blueberry compote, plums, currant, and violet petals, supported by subtle blackberry bramble, black pepper. It’s well-structures with Bordeaux-like earthiness, bright acidity, and persistent tannin. It’s a true glass of California, with grapes sourced from the foot of Mount Saint Helena and Napa. This wine pairs excellently with anything salty and fatty, especially a pasta bolognese, spare ribs, or a dark chocolate cake.
