Initially you are treated to beautiful oak, a little cocoa dust, a healthy dose of raw fig and a dash of briny/salty intrigue. Then as you are starting to salivate you taste a series of palate ballets between lilac & bay leaf, cherry candy & roasted beets, black pepper & cumin…all dancing on a beautifully soft mid-palate dance floor that stretches for miles.
