Tresielos Aejo is a barrel-aged tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave, built with a focus on balance between oak influence and the natural sweetness of the agave. Its aged for an extended period in oak, giving it more depth and structure than a younger expression while still keeping things in check.
The nose comes in warm and developed, with cooked agave, vanilla, and toasted oak, along with hints of caramel and light spice. On the palate, its smooth and rounded, showing toffee, baking spice, and a touch of cocoa layered over a core of roasted agave. The oak is present but not overpowering, adding texture and length without drying the wine out too much. The finish is soft, with lingering spice and gentle sweetness.
