Named after our 28-acre ranch home in Dripping Springs, Texas, Ghost Hill Bourbon is a unique whiskey made with local heirloom grains from Barton Springs Mill. A genuine grain to glass bourbon, it is mashed, fermented, distilled, barreled, aged 2 years and bottled on-site at our Treaty Oak Distillery.

Treaty Oak Distilling opened in 2006 as the brainchild of University of Texas graduate Daniel Barnes, who noticed that very few distilleries existed in Texas and wanted to create one with a focus on high-quality ingredients.Treaty Oak Distilling opened on 27 acres in the Texas Hill Country, offering a picturesque place for visitors to enjoy good food and drink, live music, activities for the kids and a shop offering muc ore than bottles of Treaty Oak spirits.
