Producer’s Notes: This vineyard is named for the underlying outcrop of rock ridging perpendicularly to the
hillside. Outcrop overlooks our original vineyard. The five acres of Pinot here were planted to Wadenswil clone between 1982 and 2000. The elevation runs from 280 up to 360 and faces north north-east. In spite of the northern exposure, reflected heat from the vines at The Eyrie Vineyard sitting immediately opposite Outcropwarms the site.
