This wine is produced from unique syrah grapes exhibiting the distinctive qualities of the single mountainside vineyard and coll climate of the Judcan hills in which they were grown. The wine is aged 12 months in French oak barrels. Additional bottle aging allows for the expanded development to the full potential of it. taste. The wine should be served at a temperature of 18:20c te retain its outstanding character. The wine was bottled withou filtration. therefore sediment may appear as it ages. The wine was fermented its wild yeast. without any chemical. The wine doss not contain bisulfites.
