The older brother to the 10 year old, this Stronachie is another independently bottled Benrinnes from prestigious bottlers A.D. Rattray. This is more heavily sherried than the 10 year old, and released in small batches. Benrinnes has become something of a cult favourite, known for their sherried releases, so this is not one to be missed.

Nose: Earthy and medicinal tones.
Palate: Palate full of Wax, dried fruits and nuts.

Stronachie distillery was built in the 1890s by Victorian entrepreneurs Alexander & MacDonald, rising out of the wilderness in the Ochil Mountains in Perthshire.
