A deep-colored, dry rosé. Bright fruit, white flowers, blood orange, and sweet sage. Social Creature is built around the Sabrevois grape, which is a slipskin red variety that gives up its color instantly. During fermentation, the wine develops fruity, bubble-gum aromas, but around the time it goes dry, the aromas become much more umami and minerally. A flavorful, fun, bright, and complex pink wine.
