High-rye straight bourbon (mash bill 60% corn 33% rye 7% malt) with delicate sweetness due to extra-maturation in local brandy casks (French oak aged merlot and chardonnay). Eminently sippable, with a distinct complex finish. Non-chill-filtered and no additives.
