A classic expression from the historic Roagna estate in Barbaresco, this Dolcetto comes from organic vineyards in the Paje and Carso parcels on the Asili hill, planted over 45 years ago in chalky, limestone‑clay soils, with extended maceration on indigenous yeasts in large casks for nearly 100 days. Crafted entirely from Dolcetto grapes, it reflects the region’s signature style: dry, modest alcohol (around 12–12.5 %), wit oderate acidity and gentle tannins.
