Radikon O Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc 500mL 2020

‘O’ here refers to the village of Oslavia, where the Radikon winery is based. This is a blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Vert, common plantings here, though not indigenous, Sauvignon Vert is a less aromatic local mutation of Sauvignon Blanc. Like the other labels in this series, the ‘O’ sees extended maceration and years of ageing in old oak, before being bottled and further cellared until release.
