Punt Road Shiraz 2021 750ml

Punt Road Shiraz was grown on our Napoleone Vineyard, with the fruit hand-harvested from Block 5 (70%) and Block 8 (30%). It has a south-easterly aspect and soils are alluvial loam on a clay base. The must, including about 3% Viognier, was fermented with indigenous yeasts and the wine matured in oak puncheons (10% new) from the Mercurey, Dargaud and Jaegle cooperages.
