This “Granite” Cuve symbolizes solidarity anda blend of several minerals. It is a blend of more than 12 vintages, it traces thehistory of Champagne Ployez-Jacquemart and the creation of this cuve was in honorof the Houses 90th anniversary. All. It is a unique blend of great bottled vintages: 1976, 1982, 1983, 1988, 1990, 1995, 1996, 1999, 2000, 2004, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
TASTING NOTES: The color is a delicate golden yellow with golden tints, which inspired the design of the bottle. The effervescence made of fine bubbles gives rise to a creamy mousse. The first nose is powerful and richly aromatic, with notes of fresh pastries and dried fruit (apricot and grapes). If you give this Champagne time to open up, the aromas of fresh flowers will grab you. The freshness perceived right from the start, with an attack of yellow lemon, ensures an excellent linearity to this Champagne and a nice balance between vivacity and roundness.
PAIRING: A perfect complement to caviar or select noble fish served as carpaccio or ceviche.
