Aurelien Gerbaisis thefourth generationof the Gerbais house located in theAube.The Grains de Celles is a blend of50% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, and 25% Pinot Blanc, which isvery rarein Champagne. This makes for avery bright and crispglass of bubbles. It has acreamy texturewith floral and citrus notes, andgreat chalky mineralitydue to the kimmeridgian soils.
