Petit Couvent Rosé 2021

This rosé from Lebanon is made from equal parts Syrah and Tféifihé Harvested early for freshness, it presents a sophisticated and well-rounded profile with a certain boldness. The wine is characterized by its rounded red fruit aromas and a well-judged acidity that ensures it is delightfully smooth to drink. Tfeifihé, originally a table grape, when blended with Syrah, imparts a rich red color and an abundance of flavor to the wine.
