The caramel-y depth underpins yellow fruit, dates and a slight hint of baking spice all robed in a slightly viscous sweetness balanced by a wonderful, lacy acidity. The finish is a counterbalance of sweet dried fruit and very dry nuttiness. 18% alcohol.
