The 5 year rum comes from the Caribbean and is a blend of selected aged Caribbean rums that were distilled from sugar cane molasses. It is aged in ex-American oak bourbon barrels for five years.

Guavaberry is the legendary folk liqueur of St. Marten. It was first made here centuries ago in private homes. Read more about it in our History section. It is made from fine oak aged rum, cane sugar and ripe local guava berries, each berry picked by hand. The fruit is found in the warm hills in the center of the island. The aged liqueur has a woody, fruity, spicy, bitter-sweet flavor all of its own.
