Moondarra Studebaker Pinot Noir 2023

Originating from youthful vines established in 2007, this wine is a blend of self-propagated seedlings and clones 115, 777, Abel, and Calera. Inspired by Guy Acard, its production involves a pre-fermentation cold soak, vigorous pigeage (punch-downs), and élevage in second-fill oak barrels. To maintain its silky texture, the wine is bottled unfiltered. It possesses a full body yet retains a delicate touch, embodying Neil’s signature wild character.
