Crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The wine opens with a vibrant aromatic profile of ripe stone fruit, citrus zest, white flowers, and a subtle saline edge. On the palate, it is simultaneously generous and tightly sculpted, offering layers of peach, apricot, lemon confit, toasted brioche, and delicate spice, all carried by a fine, persistent mousse. The finish is long, chalky, and energetic, with a tension that promises excellent aging potential. Dom Pérignon 2015 pairs beautifully with refined dishes such as oysters, caviar, scallops, sashimi, lobster, and delicately prepared white meats, as well as truffle-inflected dishes and creamy cheeses that complement its depth and minerality.
