Husband and wife team, Ross and Bee Maloof, quit their day jobs in 2017 and relocated to the Dundee Hills to fully dedicate themselves to winemaking. They source their grapes from organic and biodynamically farmed vineyards, working closely with farmers to produce wines that are full of energy. PJs is a great representation of the fun, playful wines theyre known for. The Pinot Gris sees about 21 days on the skins resulting in a deep magenta color. Soft aromas of wildflowers and mountain herbs lead you to flavors of candiedcherries, cranberry, and blood orange. The addition of Riesling provides beautifully balanced acidity.
