The producer discovered the ideal way to use poppy in an alcoholic beverage and developed one of the world’s most distinctive beverages. This is the product of combining poppy with pálinka, a classic Hungarian fruit brandy. After distilling the fruit brandy (Pálinka), the Pálinka is steeped on a milled poppy bed, where it absorbs all of the poppy’s components, including its smell and scent.
