A structured, earth-driven mezcal with a bit more weight and depth. Aromas of wet earth, citrus, and tropical fruit lead into a round palate with dried fruit and a balanced finish.
Sourced from wild Karwinskii agave, harvested at full maturity and processed using traditional methods, including sabino wood fermentation and tahona crushing. The higher proof carries the character well without overwhelming it.
A great example of how varietal differences show up clearly when production stays out of the way.
