Sauvignon Blanc
Grapes are sourced from cool-climate vineyards in South Africa, primarily in Stellenbosch and the Coastal Region. Founded by winemaker Reg Holder in 2017, Lautus utilizes traditional winemaking practices, including early harvesting for acidity and skin maceration, before employing gentle spinning cone technology to remove alcohol while preserving delicate aromas. The resulting wine is characterized by a bright, light-bodied profile featuring aromas of gooseberry, capsicum, and citrus, with a palate of tropical fruits like pineapple and passion fruit.
