Here we are again with another cult classic from Las Jaras! For this vintage of Glou Glou, winemaker Joel Burt decided to blend several different varieties from various old vine vineyards in Mendocino and Solano counties. Each parcel was vinified separately and a majority underwent carbonic maceration to prevent the wine from becoming too tannic. And like the wines of Beaujolais that popularized this technique, the result is an ecstatically
fresh

energizing
experience that will please anyone. This
