Commercial Description:
This particular lot was 8 tons;
4 of regular blue agave and 4 of criollo blue agave.
Both cultivated in Indaparapeo.
Criollo blue agave is much smaller in size but much more loaded with sugar and flavor compared to regular blue.
The aromas that Creole blue agave gives after cooking and the flavors are spectacular.
That is why our Mezcal Tequilana has an excellent flavor.
