Tasting Notes
This ripe yet crunchy fruit gives this wine it’s freshness, vigor and spine, at the same time it’s luscious texture which is further complemented and enriched from one third vinified and matured for nine months in seasoned French oak barrels. A bright, lemony and densely fruity ensemble which has a long-lasting and thought-provoking finish, smooth (“lisse”) as silk (“soie”).
