Originally released in France, Sanaig was given a wider release in 2016. Aged in a combination of oloroso-sherry and bourbon casks, this shows excellent balance between peat smoke and sweet citrus flavours.

Nose: Aroma complete with notes of apple cinnamon and caramel.
Palate: More peat smoke, toffee, butterscotch and raisins.
Finish: Bold finis arked not only by fruit and pie crust, but also pepper and star anise.
Distillery Information
The Kilchoman distillery (pronounced Kil-ho-man) is a distillery that produces single malt Scotch whisky on Islay, an island of the Inner Hebrides.The distillery is situated on the western side of Islay, near the small settlement of Kilchoman. The location made it the most westerly distillery in Scotland, until the Abhainn Dearg Distillery started distilling on the Isle of Lewis.
