Jim Beam Rye Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: Caramel, peppery rye, smoke, a smidge of rose petals, a bit of burnt hazelnut and some apple.
Palate: Bite of black pepper, all rounded out by hints of vanilla and oak.
Finish: Short and sweet with a bit more spice and some honeycomb.
