Ichi/ Um is the first beer in a new series inspired by our Japanese-Brazilian origin. We combine the yuzu, a typical Japanese citrus fruit, with the Brazilian cacau – no or gro that makes or chocolate, more like white pulp than or wraps. A surprising fusion of flavors and aromas is in perfect harmony in this NE IPA, refreshing, succulent and highly aromatic. “Kanpai” or “sade” to all the good combinations of life.
