Jacob Premium Cuvee uses the classic sparkling varieties of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Its extensive ageing time of a minimum 32 months on lees, results in a complex wine of brioche and hazelnut complemented with baked apple and rich nougat characters.
