A complex, layered and beautifully balanced Champagne with a nose marked by apple, peach and lemon. Because of the long aging, the aromatics in the mouth evolve towards brioche, butter and toasted aromas, as well as a surprising touch of thyme and grapefruit peel in the finish.

This Blanc de Blancs would pair beautifully with popcorn, cheddar cheese, white fish, or macaroni and cheese.
