This VS cognac is from Fins Bois and Bons Bois grapes, and are matured for three years in lightly toasted oak barrels. Floral aromas of acacia and subtle hints of nutmeg fill the nose, while on the palate a fresh pear dominates with a vibrant and lively finish.
