Hamilton Demerara Rum Tasting Notes
Nose: The nose is molasses, wit ore subtle traces of leather and tobacco.
Palate: Rich flavors of dark, stone fruit, smoky wood, burnt cane, treacle and brown spice.
Finish: The finish is dry and earthy, with the tobacco fading out last with a slight amount of burn.

Demerara Distillers operates the last remaining distillery in Guyana at Plantation Diamond on the East bank of the Demerara River. Here they have consolidated all the old original stills, marques and traditional skills whic ake Demerara Rum so distinctive.
