Giesen’s “Zero” Sauvignon Blanc is a unique wine from New Zealand’s Marlborough region. Using the classic Giesen Sauvignon Blanc as a base, they remove the wine’s alcohol with spun cone distillation, resulting in a wine with less than 0.5% alcohol, less than what naturally occurs in most fruit juices.
