Aged four years in new American white oak barrels, then transferred to a second new American white oak barrel and aged an additional year.
The flavors are beautiful and well defined wit aple syrup, dark honey, pecan pie, sarsparilla, allspice, dates, smores, tanned leather and a pepper and spice dry finish. Outstanding stuff.
