A tribute to Kentucky’s bourbon heritage, Case Study No. 06 – Legacy Reserve brings together six meticulously selected barrels—two each of 8-, 9-, and 10-year-old Kentucky straight bourbons—from three celebrated distilleries. Frank August has artfully blended these rare components to create a whiskey that honors the past while defining a new generation of craftsmanship.
Each barrel was chosen for its individual character, then married to form a balanced expression rich in texture, depth, and nuance. The result is a limited-release bourbon that feels both timeless and modern—refined yet unmistakably bold.
