A fervent advocate for organic and biodynamic practices, Fabrice achieved organic certification for the estate in 2012. The Dos d’Chat series emerged in response to a devastating hail storm that ravaged his harvest. Now in its third year, this remarkable négociant label continues to shine, with this particular cuvee stemming from vines rooted in 1985.
