Evan Williams Black Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: Caramel, brown sugar, dried fruit, honey, leathery oak, vanilla and crushed mint leaves.
Palate: Buttery leather, vanilla, burnt brown sugar and maple with faintly smoky dry oak and chocolate orange.
Finish: Faintly smoky pencil shavings, brown sugar and cinnamon.
