The Dunites wine project, founded in 2015 by Tyler Eck and Rachel Goffinet Eck, reflects a fresh, modern take on Central Coast winemaking. Their approach favors thoughtful whole-cluster use, gentle extraction, lees aging and neutral oak for 8 months, wit inimal sulfur to preserve purity.
The Cuvée Ella Pinot Noir, made with 20% whole cluster, highlights their signature balance of finesse and softly managed tannins.
