Producer’s Notes:
This old vineyard of more than 60 years old , located in Les Pargues vineyard, was planted according to a technique called Slection Massale, which consists of locating and multiplying the best vines of a vineyard. Unlike the identical clones, these old vines produce lower yields and richer wines with a greater diversity of aromas of the Chablis terroir.
