Domaine Ostertag was founded in 1966 by Andr Ostertag. After training in Burgundy, he returned to his familys estate in Epfig. In 1997, he transitioned to biodynamic farming and focusing on manual labor and minimal intervention in the cellar. Today, Arthur, the grandson of Andr, is helm of winemaking. This wine was aged for nine months on its lees in both stainless steel and old oak barrels, contributing to its complexity and texture. Its bouquet is expressive featuring aromas of
