The Vaccelli Rosé is a gastronomic rosé made entirely of the Sciaccarellu grape. The grapes are harvested by hand from vines that have an average age of 30 years and are planted on slopes of sandy granitic soils. To ensure the highest quality, the yields are kept low.
On the nose, the Vaccelli Rosé exudes a delicate fragrance of white flowers, redcurrant, citrus peel, and maquis.
