Corsair RED is made using traditional absinthe ingredients, but is tweaked with some unusual additions, including citrus, tarragon, dragon wormwood (a relative of grand wormwood) and red hibiscus flowers.
Corsair RED Absinthe Tasting Notes
Nose: A balanced aroma of hibiscus, wormwood and slightly floral scents.
Palate: Floral notes complemented by tangy citrus, herbal undertones.
Finish: Spicy, peppery finish.

Corsair Artisan Distillery is a small-batch distilling company with distilleries in Nashville, Tennessee, and Bowling Green, Kentucky. Founded in January 2008, it is owned and operated by distillers Darek Bell and Andrew Webber and marketing specialist Amy Lee Bell.
