To produce a complex, smooth and rounded wine, we stashed select lots of our Pinot Noir in Brandy Barrels.
Some winemaking traditions were meant to be broken. That’s why our Lush & Jammy Pinot Noir is blended with select lots Aged In Brandy Casks.
And when we cracked the barrels after 75 days, let’s just say we knew pretty quickly that we were on to something GOOD.
Cooper & Thief is a Lush wine with Cherry and Caramel flavors and Baking Spice notes that finishes with a Smooth Mouth Feel.
