Chateau Montelena Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2016
Rich notes of cocoa, hazelnut, and Earl Grey. Velvety tannins and bright acid bookend a youthful and vibrant palate. Filled with blackberry sorbet, plum sauce, and strawberry jam. Baking spices on the finish along with coffee bean, star anise, and a caramel like sweetness.
The 2016 Estate will drink well with minimal cellaring.
