This wine is 95% Mourvedre and 5% Grenache all from estate vineyards in Bandol. A classic Bandol Rouge, this wine is chalk full of blackberry, cassis, leather, dried herbs, and tobacco. A tannic wine, this bottling will benefit from bottle ageing or decanting. Pair with grilled meats, mushrooms, or heavy stews.
