The dry white from Château d’Yquem, made in tiny quantities and rarely seen on shelves. “Y” (pronounced Ygrec) is a roughly half-and-half blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grown on the same legendary Sauternes terroir that produces the world’s most famous sweet wine.
