Chateau d’Esclans Angel Rose is a select rosé from the South of France. This pale pink Provence rosé has notes of strawberry and fresh peach with a crisp, dry finish. Angel Rose is a clean, fruity blend of Provence varietals with a nice round acidity. It begins with a bouquet of berries in its nose and surprises with red currants, spices, and crisp lemon on the palate. It’s light but has a robust full-bodied flavor that pairs perfectly with salmon.
